Zapier

Zapier is an online automation tool that connects different apps together, and you can use it as well with your Symphony, by AOA account. Once you signup for an account on Zapier, you will be able to create Zaps (an automated workflow between apps) and connect your Symphony, by AOA account (through our Symphony, by AOA Zapier app) to your other favorite apps. For example, you can automatically add your new Facebook Leads Ads leads to a Symphony, by AOA list of your choice, which saves you a lot of manual work. You can explore our Zapbook which includes a few templates in here.nnTo get started you need to have:n

  1. A Zapier online account
  2. n

  3. Your Symphony, by AOA account
  4. n

  5. Any other third party app you’d like to connect to Symphony, by AOA using Zapier (Ex: Google Sheets, Calendly…)
  6. n

nTo connect your Symphony, by AOA account to your Zapier one, you need to get your Symphony, by AOA API User Key.nnFirst, you need to sign in to your Zapier account and create a Zap.nnThen, choose a Trigger.nnnnOnce, you set up your trigger, choose an action and set it up.nnnnOnce you are done, save and publish your Zap.nnBelow a list of Symphony, by AOA triggers and actions that you can use in Zapier:nnTriggers:n
