You can synchronize Symphony, by AOA with Salesforce or Salesforce with Symphony, by AOA through the integration:nnTo access the integration tab for Salesforce, go to: Contacts > Salesforce ConnectornnNote: Salesforce is an Add-on that must be installed or part of your plannnnnAfter going to Salesforce Connector, click Create SyncnnThe sync is bi-directional and can be customized as a one-time, recurrent or part of an Automated Journey at the contact level:nnnnIf you choose to sync from Symphony, by AOA to Salesforce, here’s what you can do:nnsyncnnYou can customize the sync data as well as your mapping criteria:nnsalesforce-mappingnnYou can add different buckets of data and save your instance. Logs will be accessible to see the execution results and make edits to existing instances:nnsalesforce-sync-logsnnIf you choose the other way around (From Salesforce to Symphony, by AOA):nnFirst, you select which Data to Sync:nnnnThen, you Select Contact Email List Destination:nnnnAfterwards, you Set Contact Status:nnnnOnce you finish these steps, you get to choose the Symphony, by AOA Data Destination for each Salesforce Data Fields:nnnnFinally, you click Create Sync:nnnnBelow is a step by step walk-through of how you can create sync instances:n
