You can set an excerpt for regular posts, Knowledge Base articles and FAQ posts. This text will be used in listing pages, widgets and shortcodes where applicable.nnTo define an excerpt, first make sure you have it enabled. To do so, click on Screen Options in upper right corner of post edit screen and check Excerpt.nn
