If you have missing social media profiles under your social media connection settings on Symphony, by AOA this might be due to a permission settings on your Facebook account.nnTo modify the settings, you can either go to your Facebook Settings –> Business Integrations and remove the Symphony, by AOA App then reconnect it from your Symphony, by AOA account.nn nnnn
nn nnYou can also click on the View and edit option to modify the permission for your Instagram and Facebook profilesnn
nn nn nnOnce you do that and save, revisit your Symphony, by AOA account, open your Connection Settings and Unlink / Reconnect the account or click on Manage connections to access the updated settings preference.nn
